US fast food chain McDonald’s in China is to accelerate expansion in the next four years to a rate of one new outlet per day. McDonald's opened around 150 new units in 2010 and is targeting 2,000 locations by 2013, up from around 1,300 currently.
“We should be opening a restaurant every day in the next three to four years” Peter Rodwell, President for McDonald’s Asia told Bloomberg.
