Walmart is testing a double coupon program at seven of its stores in Utah. The face value of coupons worth $0.50 and less is doubled to $1. Coupons worth more than $0.50 are rounded up to $1.“It is a pretty unique situation,” Walmart Spokeswoman Tara Raddohl told The Salt Lake Tribune, although she declined to say why the retailer was testing the offer.
