BJ’S WHOLESALE CLUB AGREES SALE
BJ’s Wholesale Club in the US has agreed its sale to two private equity firms Leonard Green & Partners and CVC Capital Partners for around $2.8 billion.
A bid was made by the two firms earlier this month for an undisclosed sum.
